Secured the lease of 204 Thorndon Quay to international company Ericsson, comprising 6,640m² of space.

Facilitated the lease of 4,000m² of office space at 79 Taranaki Street to the government organization NEQA.

Successfully negotiated the sale of the largest industrial property in Wellington's Gracefield-Seaview suburb, totalling 36,000m²—equivalent to approximately five rugby fields.
I also hold the Wellington sales record for the highest rate per square metre achieved from a commercial real estate sale.
